That tends to happen when the boyfriend you are still deciding whether to be with or not is transferred to back to your store, over you, as management.

Not to mention that back when he started at your store, you were the one that initially trained him.

And, since we're obviously still dating, said boyfriend must be harder toward you than anyone else as to not seem exhibiting favoritism towards his "sweetheart". Now combine that with his already fanatical & anal work habits.

Yeah, complicated.

When we started seeing each other, it was after he had got promoted and left my store.

Usually R and I work well together, but that was once a week at his store and we only overlapped in our shifts for 2 hours at most. I don't know what his being at my store for 3 months is going to do.

I may just end up killing him. Or, we may end up understanding each other better.

Today I got irritated. He knows how much I hate the register. You can't move because business is usually steady and you have this one constant view between two monitors of an endless supply of miserable people or the opposite wall when there isn't someone being rung up. I feel trapped, I can't move and the day goes by sooo slooowww.

Where did I end up? The register. Of course. There was "no one else I [he, R] could put there".

Part entails: Be moronically stupid and ask obvious questions. Then, DON'T LISTEN. Ask again. Blame cashier for mis-understanding them. Can verbally abuse and/or throw change. Proceed to snatch products and/or money. Storm out.
